I find it incredibly difficult to make myself wake up in the morning when I don't have school or work to go to. Granted, I'm up at 8 right now, but I was totally lame and went to sleep at 11 last night. My brain is still a little foggy, but I really am trying to start getting up at a decent time. I think for the most part I'm still in college mode.
I finished up the last of my decorating purchases yesterday when I remembered that I don't have a job yet, and should probably make sure I have one before my savings dwindles. Reupholstered my desk chair again, and it looks much better this time. Also punched about four more holes in the walls with a drill for my curtains, only to find out the wall isn't deep enough to take the screws that came with them, so I will have to find a solution to that later.
I'm starting to feel an itch, and I really want to go out and meet people, but I am not sure where to start. I miss hanging out with my girls. Figured out how to set up my printer yesterday, so I printed a picture of all of us from one of our midnight excursions on campus, as well as a cute pic of all the guys from Alyson's wedding. I wouldn't say I'm lonely — Matt's around, and he is very good company — but I need me some girl friends. Luckily, Lauren is still living here, so I am having dinner with her this week.
Still haven't figured out why my e-mail won't send outgoing mail through the Mac Mail program. Think will call the company and tell them I have Outlook (even though I don't) because I called tech support yesterday and they told me they don't know how to fix Macs, only PCs with Outlook. If it turns out I am the only person in this town with a Mac, I might shrivel up and die.
